Your Call

Take the blame and throw it away
Who cares where it lands
Just get it out of your hands

Find an easy target
One that you can see
One that they’ll believe

Take what’s of value
Bring it back home
Just to leave him, all alone

Hold it in reach
He’ll beg and plead,
But none compares, to your greed.

This makes no sense
You took without asking,
You pointed without questioning

They’ll see the truth in time
When will you learn,
The tables always turn.
